Hi all, I have just spent a happy hour or two pruning my contacts list. It seems that everyone I have sent an email to, or received an email from is included. Please do not be offended if I have suddenly disappeared from your list, I still love you all. It was just that it made it very hard to identify the ones who may have information rather than just the ones I chat to, or have done lookups for. I found more glitches in the system which could be improved. For example as soon as you delete a contact you are back to the top of page 1. V annoying when you are deleting on page 3. Jim |

Jim I do this all the time - last time I checked I had 2 full pages, many with people I didn't recognise! nell |
