what time do you go to bed ?and get up at?

I have insomnia so instead of going to bed and tossing and turning like I used to now I stay up. Generally go to bed between 3am and 4am and up at 7:15am. Thankfully I seem to get by on that. Christine

We tend to go to bed anytime between 4 and 6 in the morning and usually up between 10am and midday.

I go to bed between 11 and 12.15 and get up at 5.55am M.

Sunday to Thursday I tend to go to bed around 11:30pm - 12:30pm and get up around 8:00am, Friday and Saturday is usually later - no set times. Gaynor Ann :-) x

I go to bed between 12-2am and get up at 8am.. So like you Paul.. I do tend to go to bed early at times when it catches me up. T x

i go to bed at 10-11pm cos my dad sleeps in the living room and i share a room with ruby, so cant stay up any later!! i get up at 5.30-6.00 ! xx

I get up around 5.15am on weekdays. I'm usually here on the computer until late at night and sometimes don't go to bed at all.

I tend to go to bed sometime between midnight and 2am most nights, and get up at 8. Occasionally it catches up with me and I have an early night once or twice a night. The wife's more you you, she's in bed at 10 most nights.

i go anything between 830pm and 930pm and get up at 7am hubby goes mad at me going bed that early but i love my bed
