And finally, thanks for all the help, Estelle has sorted the problem. Regards Marshall Update 1 Wow - thanks for the responces, I think all from members rather than GR. However must be a concidence (?) I've just heard from Estelle at GR. The problem is simply trying to delete an entry made in error. I entered my sister as a partner by mistake. Following GR guide to her immediate family and using the delete option refuses to work. I'd welcom any ideas.
