With apologies to everyone for using this board. Right GR question for you. Do you ever reply to E-mails sent to you or help your members at all. I E-mailed you and explained my difficulties in trying to upload my tree. As my membership expires on 4th November there does not seem any point in my renewing it if I cannot upload my tree. As the loss to you is only £7.50 maybe it is of little consequence to you with the 1000's of other members BUT IT IS ONLY POLITE TO REPLY. Gordon Sorry for the moan fellow members

Gordon, I too have e-mailed GR in the past couple of weeks and I am still waiting for a reply, I realise they have lots of queries but surely after 2 weeks my question should come to the top of the list.

Jackie & Sue That is disgusting I feel I have no right to complain after 10 days. It is really bad manners, perhaps their attitude is we cannot do without them so who cares. Perhaps we should all inundate them with E-mails that would make them take note. LOL Gordon

Perhaps they are to busy changing the site again. Maybe they ought to start looking at the service they provide to members then they really would be "Improving the site" Gordon Whinging again

Gordon, I had the same problem! I feel I totally wasted $15 (Canadian) as I cannot get any further with my tree, due to a mistake I made myself mind you, but it won't delete so I would have to start over. I did finally get a reply after 5 emails, but the instructions I was sent don't work either! However, I did get to meet some nice people and get some good help with another site, Audrey

Little white flag above the parapet here. I'm not aware that I have ever received an email from GR, but I suspect that two have arrived and been blocked. Several members in the past have discovered emails lurking in spam folders. It might be worth checking. Brenda

Tony I will get my son to look at what advice you have sent as I'm afraid it is to technical for me. Thank you Gordon All the others See Di's reply Estelle says the only hold up is over the weekend and these E-mails are answered by Tuesday. So I do not know what has happened to the 2 week, 1 month and 6 weeks wait?
