oops my aunty got arrested

my aunty arrived from the uk yesterday her first time out of the uk and went through customs she had an apple in her bag and was arrested she was released after paying $250 dollars tough rules now in customs |

That's exactly what did happen on our flight into NZ they came round with a list of things you couldn't take in - so I guess your aunty forgot she had it in her bag. There are big bins to dump stuff in before you get to customs too! - she must have been too jet lagged to see them lol Pat - it's the agricultural policy - just in case diseases etc are introduced into the country via foodstuffs and plants etc. It's the same coming back into Britain - I had to declare NZ honey and seeds.
