Hi guys, does anyone have any tips on getting rid of headaches...i havent got any tablets, got the window wide open aswell, but it aint shifting...anyone know?? :-)) xxx |

Stop looking at the screen, go and sit somewhere quite for half an hour. Ask someone else for some tablets lol I've got some nurofen in my desk, would you like me to courier them to you ? lol |

Do as Paul says but also if it is a tension headache breathe in deeply, then let it out in little puffs relaxing as you do. Do two or three of these, they usually help. Chrissie |

it would also save the person who stamped on my foot a punch in the face, im not very tolerant of pain, even if i asked them too, they would be the ones worse off! lol xx |

Of course there is always the kill or cure solution. You bang your head several times against the wall and it either makes it worse or sends it out the other side:)))))))))) |

well i was just about to say that but then you said you were on reception but if pauls courier comes over you can always say you cant take nurofen , would he be able to cure your headache |
