Ignore his comment about Liverpudlians going out in their nighties. It's the extreme minority that do it and I'm sure other people on Merseyside will agree that Paul has done the area a dsservice by saying that.

I would live in my nightie (and snuggly velour hoodie dressing gown) if I could, much more comfy than real clothes. But then I'm not a Liverpudlian, so I suppose I'm not allowed to :))

 Sue In Yorkshire.

Think Paul is great.he is so funny. Even if its true about liverpudlians going out in nightwear does it matter. You should have seen what we used to go to the shops in back in the 50's. PJ'S and a coat.LOL Sue

I am just up the road in Southport and last Sunday my husband came home from the local shop laughing. he said he had seen a teenage girl with he guessed her Mum in the shop in her pj's. So maybe it's more common than we think! I thought maybe she was doing it for a dare. Jane

No. I've seen them myself even though I'm not in Liverpool but just across the way. It's the minority that do it.You can imagine the type of people i'm talking about.
