Support emails - an apology

As some of you know, there have been complaints of the boards that we haven't been answering some support emails to us. This has been a mystery and some concern to us because we have always had a policy of answering every email we get. Also, because we haven't seen a drop in the number of emails coming in, it was a hard to verify. Well we have spent the week looking into it and finally found a problem with one of our servers. The result of this problem was that indeed some support emails were not getting to us - thats why we didn't answer them or have any record of them - because we never got them. The majority of emails did get through and were answered. That part of the site is being reworked at this moment and for a time tonight the Contact Us section will be unavailable whilst an upgrade is performed. A big apology from us to all members who had no response from support emails. Also, a big thank you for letting us know through these boards.

Stephen, Thank you for addressing this. I'm one of those that has has unanswered emails on occasion, but just put it down to the large amount of mail that you must receive - comforting (?) to know it's actually a techincal fault. Regards Paul

Just to answer a query - if you have sent a support email recently and not had a response then its probably best to resend. Sorry about that.
