missing surname.....

I have a relation but cannot find birth cert details. He was definately born in 1988 (April) I know exact date of birth, place of birth and mothers forename/surname but the child is not registered under his mothers name or the fathers name. I have even looked at the register itself in FRC just to make sure Im not being a twit. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
