To which thread are you referring? Elaine

syljo Report 7 Nov 2004 15:49

Yes, I sometimes nudge as I don't want to lose threads. I don't have time to sit at the computer 24 hours a day as some do I think. Sylvia xxx

actually Jeanette the thread was bumped before I posted this thread, then added to by sylvia after. just look at the time of sylvias posting and the time my thread was posted on here. Bob.. Im referring to dis thread, which I have replied to her on. It seems to me it had been bumped up annonymously by her "friend" to re ignite trouble. Elaine x

Bob, I loved Latin at school. Remember: sum, es, est, sumus, estis, sunt.

Sylvia I quote:- "I don't have time to sit at the computer 24 hours a day as some do I think." If that is aimed at me as i believe it is, maybe you should get your facts straight. I have a home to clean, washing to do, children to get to school & a husband to look after. I come on here when I like to. as long as my chores are done, my time is mine. I do not smoke, rarely drink and do not have the money to go out to socialise. I may not be perfect but who is? I do not dig at you for collecting spoons do I? to me thats a waste of time but its your choice and i respect it. So id rather you not dig at me for being on my computor, on this site, when I can and want to be Thank you Elaine x

Sorry Linda. This is thread number 1481944. If you want to look at it again in 6 months time (WHY?!), look at any message and get rid of that thread number and put in 1481944. Clear as mud?

John

John Report 7 Nov 2004 16:49

Not really. Have another go! If I'm ever bored (very rare), I put any number into the address bar and see what it comes up with!

Marly HELLO and WB just realised you are one and the same as last yr!!!!! takes this old dog a while to work things out !!!!! You no longer have to make a note of the thread number, just remember a word in the title and put it in the search box at the top of the board. Best to try for an unusal word you get less results then. Shelli xxxx
