I am not sure what alternative you might expect? Maybe they could just incinerate it but wouldn't that be a terrible waste? Give them to charity? yes but someone would still have to go through them and then sell the good stuff. Any one else got a better idea?

Just seen on local news, that unclaimed lost luggage from airports goes to AUCTION!! Can see the potential profits, but can you imagine going through someone else dirty laundry - yuk :O
