oh well, I suppose all good things have to come to an end!! My Henry Jennings obviously wasn't important enough to have his inquest featured in the local paper! Still, at least I now have an annual reader's ticket for Colindale and I know how it works. Most of the time you get the actual papers, bound into volumes, which is just FAB!! I will be going back there at some point to look up some background on stuff featured in the book I was given yesterday. Was reading some of it and it says that this Reynolds family from which I am descended is a 'famous old Puritan family' - which anyone who has met me will know must be true!!!! Thanks everyone for being so interested - at least you lot don't glaze over - like my dear hubby!! Maz. XX |
