Has anyone else had problems seeing peoples trees, I am in contact with someone have asked to see their tree, and they say they have pressed the allow button, but I still can't see their tree, they say they have emailed GC about it but this was 3 days ago. Is this a common problem? Maggie

Hi, I'm same as Elaine, thought allow meant I had already. Once I got my head round that little test have found on one or two occasions that in fact it has not shown up to the people who have asked to see. Has taken two or three attempts. Perhaps just a blip in the system.

nOW i AM wrong- I thought the ALLOW meant you had granted permision to see your tree and you only pressed and got remove if you were removing permision. Is thet RIGHT or am I utterly confused? Rose
