Can anyone direct me..trying to get to some emails ive been sent.when i go onto send and receive all,it says connecting then authorising and then disconnecting..why cant i get in ahhhhhhhhh!!!! tried going through web mail but cant access them.any ideas??

Hi I am on NTL broadband if you go to NTL/service status it will give you the time limit I was off for 24 hours last week Linda
