We think what the Telewest man is saying is that you can't have BT Broadband and Telewest phone. But as others have said we have telewest cable and Telewest Broadband and our computers, including lap top are networked. Ann Glos

We have Telewest broadband and "share" our internet connection between 3 PCs. Hubby set it all up, so not entirely sure how it works, but I believe we used a Linksys router. One of the PCs is connected to it wirelessly and we have had all 3 PCs connected to the internet at the same time, with no obvious speed reduction. Take no notice of Telewest, it CAN be done.

June we're on telewest just switched from surf unlimited to boradband, baecause they doing a deal that broadband only cost 99p more the dial up. Price stays same for 12 mths... anyway back to your question,,,,, yes u can, because we going to do it. As the others said you need to network the computers, not sure how exactly this is done Sorry. HUbby aslo talking about going wireless, he spoke to the man in PC world who advised him which bits he needed.

Hi, I'm on Cable, as far as i know you can as long as the PCs are networked, which means the are connected together by a net work cable, as i know my father in law has done this with his and my mother in-law Pc, i hope this helps, june

In a word Yes you can. My brothers are on NTL and both have Pcs,my other half set it up for them.He used a cable as they are in rooms next to each other but you can do it with a wireless thing. I dont know how to do it though but im sure some one on here will know. Anna :-)

June, I know my friend who is with Telewest Broadband runs three P.C's and they can all be on line at the same time. I'm not at all good with technology but I'm sure she said she'd had them "networked"? whatever that means. Christine

At the moment I pay for surf inlimited and my grandson ( who lives with me) pays for broadband. I know friends on Genes that have BT Broadband and have a wireless connection so that they are able to run more than one PC/laptop from this. I have just spoken to a young man at Telewest (Cable) to see if could have something similar, so that we have just the one broadband connection and run 2 PCs/laptop from this, he tells me that this isn't possible, he said it isn't possible to have them on at the same time. Can anyone give me help with this please. June xx
