I just heard on the News that "The MOD have still to fully evaluate the Reports". I say Well bl..dy well get on with it!!!! How are they (and I mean all the "theys" who are in positions of responsibility) allowed to take years to "evaluate" reports before they have to admit liability and do the right thing by those who have suffered.

Because 'they' are the ones that make the rules, unfortunately?

I agree. Why sould men and the families of men who have given their health and their lives for their (our) country be made to wait for compensation. You don't see the grabbing so-and-so's who trip and twist their ankle then sue the council waiting for their compo. Give our ex-servicemen what they deserve - NOW Jeanette x

Because 'they' are not the ones suffering, if 'they' were those reports would be evaluated pretty damn quick! Kxx

Jean, that is of course why the govt take so long finalising anything that involves a pay out.Weren't they forced only yesterday to pay out for the damage they caused to the service volunteers who were given exposure to Sarin when they thought they were getting the common cold. How long has that one been on the back burner. And getting on to pensions, which as you know is a favourite of mine.We women cannot get a blind bit of sense out of them when we ask what happened to the money we paid into our married womans stamp. You cannot get an answer on that one at all.I am still fighting. If it is going to take them YEARS to EVALUATE a report I am not convinced they are the right people to be in charge of a playground. After all, Officers are supposed to be able to make instant judgements when in battle.
