Yes it could, my daughter wasnt married when she had her children she had the choice as to what surname she gave them, she stayed with thier dad but chose not to marry

ive left a few mgs bout this. I thought my sisters surnames was clark, but now ive found out my parents didnt marry till 1966, so im thinking my mother might have given them her name instead of my fathers, could this be possible?
