As an individual not very pleasant I agree, but the only one that does a decent royal workload. Andrew and Edward especially are just a waste of space and resources. Freeloading it all over the world for personal use and not even on royal engagements. Kxx

Sorry I disagree.... the man is an idiot!! What exactly has he achieved? What has he done other than freeload of the state? He is a liar and a cheat.... look how he treated Princess Diana!! Makes you wonder what The Princes Trust are gonna say about it all.... good job it's only his name they use not his communication skills!! I wasn't equipped to do Resourcing without training, so yes we can all be what we want to be if we work hard to achieve it.... all this woman wanted was to utilise her skills to the full for HIS BENEFIT!! He said that kids think they can be pop stars and heads of state without any work - he has a point there but it's society in general today that expects more for less but the schools do their best. I instill it on my daughter that she can be anything she wants but it must be something she really wants and she must be prepared to put in the extra work. The memo came about because a woman who worked for the household asked about extra training so she could work her way up to a better position. Royal family must be more careful what they say, we know they look down on us lesser mortals but we don't particularly like having our noses rubbed in it. Kxx

A private memo to his staff has been made public of him complaining about the British School system making people think they can do things beyond their ability or talent. Basically we shouldn't have any ambition, know our place and be happy with our lot. Bless him! Bit of a row not starting as education minister has gone on radio and called him out of touch etc etc. Kxx
