I haven't looked at it yet, did a lot of searches last night, having a rest tonight. is the Ancestry 1881 better than the family search one then ? Presumably better because you can see the images, for things like occupations...

Paul major difference is you can do occupations - but cant do head of house. I'm having a lot more luck on ancestry - may be because i'm fluent in it now tho, LDS always befuddle me as to how stupid it is that you cant do certain things
