I agree there is nothing nicer than being outdoors on an autumn day. Unfortunately we seem to be building on so much of our green space, I wonder what will be left in a generation or so. |

I drove back today from Exeter to Gosport and could not help being impressed by the colours of the Autumn leaves in the trees and hedgerows. Pondering on it on the drive I came to realise that that gold tinged with green represents the real wealth of this country, not that yellow metal we pay a fortune for with which to festoon ourselves. Healthy vegetation is our guarantee of food...ever tried to munch a gold necklace? What do you see as the real wealth of this country? |
