Jane i'm not talking about this time,this was previously.surely when they've got a new season book just out the items should be in stock. my local one is a pokey little place that doesn't sell shoes or childrens clothes,the other one is just as bad.another gripe is they only sell kids clothes up to 10yrs in shops if you want older you have to order from the directory and then everything is always sold out!! |

My daughters both work for Next. I can assure you it is not transition time but almost Christmas so that could be one reason. Have you tried your nearest Next shop? If they don't have the item they can try other shops and get it for you? But I think if it's out of stock for the catalogue it may be out all over. Their sale starts the day after Boxing day! Here that means the shop opens about 4 am Jane |

H I did mail them a while ago when it happened before and got the usual reply of "we're in transition between summer ans winter book etc" RUBBISH!!! perhaps i'll try again K |

If ever I have any problems like that,I find out "Who the MD.is,and send him an Email giving them "Serious Ear-ache"it usually works,miracles seem to happen, Hal. |
