Member Since: September 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	This has happened with my tree - I have entered a name once and then when I've come out of the individual's record, I've found that they appear twice or more on my list of names (although only once on the tree). It seems to be really difficult to delete the duplicates. It hasn't happened for a while though. Hannah

	Perhaps they have cousins marrying? Although my family historian program copes with this when entered on GR ancestors in common to the partners were duplicated.

	Maybe they are updating the whole tree. I do this as it's easy than picking out indivduals.

	Why do people Put the Same Name and YEAR info on more than once. Just looked at my name summary,noted for 1 surname that there was 114 names on in the last 7 days. BUT people are putting same names and same years on 3/4 times. WHY Don't people realise that once is enough. This person has put a block of 4 names on and then added them another 3 times. Rant over Sue
