I have been sent an email which says there is a forward message attached. I can't find it yet the email is of large size (223k). Is there a way to see this attached message?

Do you know the person you recieved it from? If not delete it straight away. If you do know the person, email them back & ask them to send the info within the email not in an attatchment. i couldnt open any emails attatchments either, but its something simple to change it, dont know whether you have to go to email properties or what to change an option. Maybe mailing ntl & asking them will help E x

Hi Dan, Open outlook express, clickl tools, click options, click security and then un-tick " do not allow attatchments to be saved......" click apply and then ok and that should sort your problem out. Steve.
