As I said to someone else earlier this evening - no everyone has common sense/courtesy. I too have sent quite a few mails in the last few weeks, I've had a couple of replies and lots that have gone into a black hole...

Hi Linda, maybe those people dont use the site much but I do know what you mean!...It's frustating.I wonder why they pay money for a service then dont use it. I found an adopted sister in FR...mailed her and still no reply. just for the record tho....I have since got her address...her REAL one so a letter is in the post. Good luck with your searching.

Why do people put their Ancestors on to Genesreunited if they do not want to be contacted. I have sent very nice emails to three different people over the past three weeks with not even a sorry no connection reply. All the other people I have contacted have sent very nice replies and I have now found various leads to my tree and I thank these people very much, all from my Fathers side.
