im thinking of changing banks, can anyone tell me which has best reputation,customer service, paying direct debit, telephone banking,assistants that dont think they know your accounts better than yourself? |

Definitely FIRST DIRECT. And not just because my hubby works there! It's rated tops for customer satisfaction and is most recommended bank by its customers. Joanne |

Depends where abouts you live. The Royal Bank of Scotland is definately the best for customer service. |
