Sadly Kylie you may actually find out that this IS a woman but suffering from an illness called POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME, which causes a womans body to thicken - similar to the build of a man, and excess facial hair to grow (as well as in some other unwanted places). It is something that causes deep distress to the sufferer and they sometimes over compensate in their grooming - by having their hair and make-up immaculate. The illness as well can cause deep depression

As you say Kylie, it takes all sorts. The strangest sight I had was a long time ago working in A&E, a lady came in with pain in the chest, she was half way through a gender change, had had the top half done, but still had a bit of a beard. When she undid her top, she had a huge tattoo across her boobs! It was a bit of a surprise, but you learn to keep your face from showing too much. If people are happy with the way they are then we ought to respect that and not let our opinions spoil it. Sue
