BBC Radio Berkshire, 104.1, 104.4, 95.4 and 94.6 FM Location of event: Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading, Observatory Shopping centre in Slough, and the main Library in the centre of Newbury Date/time: 4th December, 09.00 - 15.00 Further details: The event will be an opportunity for people to find out about tracing their family history as well as giving advice on how to take it further. BBC Radio Bristol/Somerset Sound, 95.5, 94.9 FM and 1548 AM Location of event: City of Bristol College, Centre Council House, College Green, Bristol, Avon, BS1 Date/time: 4th December, 10.00 - 17.00 Further details: Family History day with experts on hand to help you with tracing your family history. There will be computers at the event with an introduction on how to use them, illustrated talks throughout the day and much much more. BBC Radio Cambridgeshire, 96, 95.7 FM, 1026 AM & DAB DIGITAL RADIO Location of event: Wood Green Animal Shelter, King's Bush Farm London Road, Godmanchester, near Huntington, Cambridgeshire, PE29 2NH Date/time: 5th December, 10.00 - 16.00 Further details: An all day Roadshow, with experts on hand to help give advice on how to trace your roots, as well as a live broadcast from the event. BBC Radio Cornwall 103.9 & 95.2 FM Location of event: National Maritime Museum, Falmouth Date/time: 5th December between 14.00 - 18.00 Further details: Family History day with Genealogy experts on hand to help people research their trees on the day, as well as the Cornwall Family History Society. There will also be an outside broadcast of the 'Cornwall Connected' programme between 3pm and 6pm. Free tickets are available through dialling 01872 27542. The Family History Society is holding an open day on Saturday 4th December between 10am and 4pm at 5 Victoria Square in Truro ahead of the Local Radio event.
