I'm so pleased with myself it was delicious!! I'm very sorry tho there isn't a scrap left, washed up and now back in front of pc with a very full tum :)

sure it will be lovely.i am a big lamb lover(not in that sense)but my hubby can't stand the stuff.give me lamb chops and mint sauce any dayxxxxxx(:

Thank you for the encouragement girls!! I must admit it smells pretty good, of course i'll save you some would you also like some strawberrry and raspberry compote with ice-cream? You'll have to be quick tho it will melt...!!! p.s I changed my name to Curly Sue but I'm actually Sarah Parker (my sister calls me Curly Sue)!!!!!
