I picked up the nickname CHUNKS from someone at work a few years ago when we were playing football, the comment was something along the lines of "move yr arse chunks" and the names sort of stuck. It's ironic of course, as I'm in fact very waif like. If you believe that you'll believe anything lol

Saz

Saz Report 29 Nov 2004 17:35

My Mum deliberately gave me a first name that couldn't be shortened and all my mates were Kaz, Shaz, Maz, Sam, Jen etc so I came up with Saz - ah ha!! Happy Herts seemed like a good idea at the time cos the sun was shining - but don't know whether to change it now as this seems to be a bit controversial at the mo. Saz NB - Autumn - any chance of a thread for suggestions on your Wintry name?

Joy

Joy Report 29 Nov 2004 19:04

My Mum and Dad had thought of the name Joy, among other names. I was born on a Sunday. My brother and sister (8 and 6 years older than me) went to Sunday school that day. They were given a picture to colour (standard practice, I gather), and a text - and the text for that day was "Thou shalt have joy". So, there you go!! :) Joy PS I am Kentish Maid because I was born in Beckenham, Kent (before Beckenham became part of Greater London) - and support CPFC! - and GC because I connect and do not reunite.
