I hope that I would have 'picked up' if there was anything there in the first place, including the 'feel' of the place. If not I would need to find out if it was a benign or malevolent spirit before signing anything. Viv

We lived in a 200 year old 'haunted' house until last May. It was mentioned on the seller's details before we bought it and it was great! The people in the village used to ask us how we managed to live there but it didn't bother us much. The odd strange thing happened. The person who bought the house off us wasn't bothered either! One plus side: we had NO Trick or Treaters, they were all too scared to knock the door.

no dan.i knew someone that did and her husband got pushed down the stairs and nearly died.the ghost used to harass her ids aswell and she had to movexxxxx(:

I do! we live in a flat....my mum sometimes sees a little boy running around...i get quite alot of tapping noises on my bed....he is a nice little boy though!! Although it freaks me out!!!

Your talking to the estate agent, everything is going well. You love the house, it's perfect. Just before you sign the documents he mentions one last thing- The house you are about to buy is haunted! Would you still move in or give it a miss?
