I wonder at what stage they picked it up. Just imagine if hundreds of copies had gone out. Not often company policy causes a laugh. (One typist in trouble there no doubt). Ann glos

This was found in a company policy manual, under corrupt business practices. Section 13 - Brides and Kickbacks 13.1 Brides and kickbacks will not be tolerated. They violate the law and, in the long run, are bad for business. 13.2 Kickbacks are the flip side of brides, and as with brides you may not engage or assist in any such activity 13.3 Brides and kickbacks in disguise must also be refused. Poor old brides. They wait all their lives, dreaming of that special day when they will be joined in holy matrimony with the man of their dreams, and then, before you know it, they are in violation of the law, bad for business and no one will engage with them, even if they are in disguise!
