Years ago I bought a Bible - published 1823 (with a few names earlier than that in it) - in Stratford on Avon, Warks. It was, from the names, owned by a White family & from what is written in it, they were based in Stratford. I can't read all the names but most of them are readable, about 35 of them, during the early 19thC. I think there are 2 or 3 surnames other than White. I would send the Bible for 40 pounds plus postage, to anyone who can show they are related. David Hart |
