Sympathising there Bev, had water thtough the bedroom ceiling twice this year, and again from the tank in the airing cupboard a fortnight ago, hopefully we'll be leak-free now! :) |

Hope you got sorted Bev. We had this happen some years back. Insurers sent in a team to suck up water and they left industrial driers to dry the place out. Hope you have put in a claim. When they came to assess, they said they don't bother to dry out foam back carpet so they replaced it. A little water goes a long long way and lots can go further! |

Must be a day for it, we had one late last night in the cloakroom, had to turn the water off. Rang a plumber just before 8 this morning, and he came 10 minutes later |

You poor thing, switch off the mains and drain your tank, it should help stop the water. Also if its coming through a ceiling puncture a small hole to let the water out, it'll stop it collapsing. Good luck thinking of you sandra |

was awoken by the sound of running water this am. Radiator in bedroom has sprung a leak and it is now raining in our lounge, dogs are somewhat perplexed by this, hubby is running around like a blue a**ed wotsit trying to find Allen keys (what Alan's keys has to do with it i don't know) 2 hours later the plumber is on his way but we still have niagara falls in the lounge is it too early to start drinking do you think?????????
