problems viewing tree

Hi, is there anyone who is having problems viewing their trees? Any time i click onto any of mine it has a yellow ! in a star and doesnt let me view, what could be the cause of this, anyone know, thanks, karen

Hi Karen, could you have your pop-ups blocked? My family tree comes up as a pop-up so if I have them blocked I won't be able to see it unless I overide the blocker. Hope I have explained that properly!? Maggy

Try going into "tools" at the top of the page or try pressing the Control button at the same time as you click on "view trees"
