WOW Christine brilliant. They say it gets easier, reckon you're over the worst time by now. Think hubby should be happy more time chewing gum less time chatting, especially with sore jaws hey LOL. I cannot chew gum so if I try and stop don't know what I will do with myself. My Mum when she gave up bought her first microwave (this is 17 years ago), she paid weekly so she could see something for the money she was saving, I thought that was a good idea, but trust Mum didnt buy something special for herself, well think about what you would like and treat yourself, you deserve it. Well Done, keep it up Pat x |

Cheers Christine, 6 days and still not had a fag, not even a sneaky. Really surprised at how easy it's been. I put it off for years because I thought it'd be too hard! Keeping Wrigley's in business with all the sugar free gum I'm chewing. LOL Christine |

Oh thank you Gwen, Chris and Fred for the encouragement. Yes Fred that's the problem. I've been eating TOO much. Never mind I can always tackle that one later! Kids are keeping out of my way at the moment but I don't think I've been too temperamental! My jaws are sore from chewing gum but then my husband says my jaws go non stop talking anyway.LOL Thanks again everyone Christine |
