Summer Loving Serves 2/3 4 chilled ripe white peaches half a medium sized ripe melon,skinned and deseeded 1 large punnet of chilled strawberries washed and hulled Peel the peaches,remove their stones and cut into chunks Cut the melon flesh into large chunks Put the melon and peaches in a blender with the strawberries and blitz Serve immediately

Strawberry Smoothie Serves 2 1 punnet of chilled strawberries,hulled and washed 1 large scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt 2 chilled bananas,peeled and roughly chopped. Throw all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth serve immediately. --------------------------------------------------- Hangover Heaven Serves 2/3 4 chilled apples washed and roughly chopped 8 chilled carrots washed topped and tailed 2.5 cm piece of root ginger peeled Press all the ingredients through the juicer and mix well drink immediately

Don't know if it works in a smoothie maker but Asda do a heavenly chilled orange/banana drink that goes down well in my house. I think it is a great combination. You would need more orange than banana I think or it would be very thick. Angela
