I'm looking for peeps who've traced their roots using Scottish sources who'd be willing to help out with a project I've been given at work on tracing your roots in Scotland. We're especially interested in using different sources (other than BMD) to help with brickwalls etc and people who have discovered interesting family stories during their research and how they found it all out. Your tree doesnt need to be entirely Scottish and you don't need to be in Scotland - we're trying illustrate the variety of ways of tracing using all the resources at your disposal.. talk about hogging the limelight!!!! I will be in touch over the weekend to let you know the ins and outs of it, lovely We'll figure out if we can get you in again - but we'll have to erase any mention of Mary QoS I, of course, am rapidly trying to come up with a Scottish connection so I can be the star this time

fanks kiddo - I have got some interesting ones of my own actually - including gt granda dying of exhaustion - after fathering over 20 kids!!!!!!! oooh and I got loads more photos and papers
