HELP - IRISH/SCOTTISH ANCESTORS

Hi folks, I need help. I have found that almost all my ancestors came from Ireland to Scotland in the 1800's. I have tried looking for passenger lists for migration from Ireland to Scotland but I keep being redirected to sites that have lists only for Ireland to America. Also when trying to view Irish records for births, etc I can't seem to get past the gumph that explains about Irish records. Any ideas would be helpful please as Scotlands People is only useful for events that happened in Scotland and only gives limited info such as parents born Ireland.
