Hey you lot, I'm not joking. A few years ago one of our cars got stolen off the driveway. Got the insurance money and bought another. Two months down the line grandad who had been for a pint asks my husband where his car is. Outside. No its not. It was there 2hrs ago. when I went to pick up the Chinese meal. Nicked again. Ring police. Have you upset anyone sir. No officer. Our kids have told their school friends. A week goes by and one their friend's fathers tells my hubby he's seen his car just down the road. Round the corner from the Chinese takeaway. Then he remembered he'd started walking, changed his mind and driven there. Come out the takeaway and walked home. Hastily made the excuse that someone must have nicked it and it hadn't much petrol so had to dump it. Never told our kids until years later. I think he got it from his dad. Oh and grandad well that's another story or two........

Wasps are a very dedicated rugby team (Strump will confirm this) and would all be asleep in the small hours and not bothering anyone. nell

Hubby has been unwell like Strump over the past few days so I've been sleeping in one of the other bedrooms, as I just got over a flu bug. At 04.45 I wake to hear him out of bed and saying what was that. OMG thought it was a burglar. Up and out of bed in a flash, heart in mouth, grabbed the baseball bat by the door. Is it a burglar I whisper, dont think so. What then. Wasps coming from the loft. Wasps, give me a burglar anyday. I go downstairs and get the torch. He shines it at the loft. Nothing. Turns on the bedroom light. Nothing. Where did you see them. Near the bedroom door. They were near the wall. Turn the light off and the penny drops. Had left the bedroom curtains open. Street light had shone onto dressing table mirror and had put a circular reflection on the wall. Inside the circle was the reflection of the tree outside and the leaves were moving around. He said it must be delerium. To say I could have suffocated him would be an understatement.
