Bob I think I'm confusing myself more than anything. God help the poor guy in B&Q who I'll have to ask where they keep it if I can't even explain properly when given five mins to sit and write it out. Perhaps I'll print off this thread and hand that to him Zoe

okay then - can i just clarify I'm not after big rolls of sellotape - I'm after the vinyl plasticky stiff that has a peel off backing that you stick to stuff when you dont have time to rub down - undercoat - rub down - paint - rub down - topcoat Zoe

Do you know that " Blue Peter" being BBC was not allowed to say " Sellotape" ? so THEY said to use 'Sticky back plastic'........

theres a wee manny at Leeds market does wide stuff zoe :-) ooh and one here in Wakey - send me the details and I will have a look see for you

I'm after some wide enough to cover kitchen cabinets - I can get it in homebase but its quite narrow and would mean it'd end up looking like a patchwork. Does anyone know if B&Q or Focus etc do the really wide stuff?
