Our local church is having a crib service. Last year it was fairly short, geared to families and very pleasant. As the vicar read out the Christmas story, he invited the children to place the appropriate figure in the stable scene.Carols in between the readings involved everyone. I will probably go again this year.

I am ashamed to say no. Until I was well into my 20s I went to church regularly, these days I don't. I have said that, if we can stay awake i will go with DiL to Midnight service - we shall see, she is usually ready for bed by 9.30. Ann Glos

anyone going to church.i go every year to try and get into the christmas spirit and remember what christmas is all aboutxxx(:
