Goodness knows what colours our tree will be this year. The children will have full responsibility of tree decorations this year. While they go wild, Ill make sure I take some photos lol Elaine x |

Red, green, gold and silver - very boring but seems traditional to me! There's no 'warmth' in modern colour schemes and I don't think 'arty farty' would suit my chaotic living room! Magsx |

I really don't like the 'new' colours for Christmas, such as lilac and blue. I'm a traditionalist, call me boring if you like. But red and green are the correct colours for Christmas. I have a small red and gold tree in the porch. |

The lights on the tree are clear minis. The decorations are a mix, but the overtone is red white and silver. The outside house lights are also clear. I like the dramatic effect that they have at night. Oh yes almost forgot, the four of us go out for a sushi lunch on the 24th and NO ONE can open their pressies before I have a cup of tea in my hand! ASDA and TESCO have loads of the red cherry lights in and they were reduced in price when I was in ASDA the other day. Hope this helps you find some Jan |
