Why is it that whenever you see something in a magazine Etc.and you go to the store involved,its always,Very sorry we don,t stock it here,the place is to small,and no we can,t order it we only get what they send us. It seems that Customer service has gone out of the window,and complacency taken its place.Whats the point of advertising a thing Nationally when half the time its "Not Available". It really P-ss-s me off. Hal.

Customer Service - what's that then??? I've had enough of shopping. I work 5 mins out of town and have been going in daily to do a bit of crimbo shopping - 1 queue and it's time to go back to work. It's madness!!

You are shopping in the wrong places. I recently returned a coat - nothing wrong with it but the company had brought out a better one. I had the old one for over 18 months, but the company replaced it and refunded me the price difference in just 4 days! That's what I call service. Similarly, I recently ordered something on the internet at 4pm and it arrived the next morning. nell
