I ordered something via EBay and didnt receive it. I reported it to my cc company and they have refunded the money to me, saying the cost of recovering it would be more than the amount involved. I am most impressed.

they have a help line on the ebay site that can get your money back if you paid with paypal.

Yes, they told me to go to my cc as it would be quicker and wouldnt cost me the £15.00 "handling fee" the Pay Pal charge

this was a "member" in the USA. They have been blacklisted very quickly, but I shall be very careful in the future. Look at their track record and if they have been deal for a long time they should be OK. People guard their reputation very carefuly
