I ordered something via EBay and didnt receive it. I reported it to my cc company and they have refunded the money to me, saying the cost of recovering it would be more than the amount involved. I am most impressed. |

they have a help line on the ebay site that can get your money back if you paid with paypal. |

Yes, they told me to go to my cc as it would be quicker and wouldnt cost me the £15.00 "handling fee" the Pay Pal charge |

this was a "member" in the USA. They have been blacklisted very quickly, but I shall be very careful in the future. Look at their track record and if they have been deal for a long time they should be OK. People guard their reputation very carefuly |
