2. Marriages on 1837 Online only started 1 July 1837. I know that some marriages occur after the birth of the eldest child, but 1837 years?!!!

1 Norway 2 Mary and Joseph (not registered with the GRO, though they must have been on a register for taxation purposes!) 3 The three wise men are only mentioned in St Matthew's gospel and they are not named. 4 "And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was DEATH, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with SWORD and with HUNGER and with DEATH and with the beasts of the Earth" [I think something has been lost in the translation!] 5 - turkey, mince pies, nuts, satsumas, Christmas pudding, Christmas cake, etc. 6 Or "what you will". nell
