If darkness exists, how can we see it? For we need light to see and to see darkness is therefore impossible as light is not there. |

When there its pitch black and no light penetrates our sight we are in darkness. We see nothing before us and nothing behind us, we are in blackness blindly going nowhere! |

Daniel, darkness is total absence of Light...........If you live near a mining museum, I suggest that you make a visit, 300 metres down, its cold and damp and dark with a capital "D" total darkness is Awesome......... your question equates with a clock stopping, do you hear it stop? or do you recall the last tick( or tock)? Light is an energy composed of photons which travel at 186000 miles per second. Our main light source is the sun although energy is indestructible and may be changed from one form to another without loss or gain thus heat may be turned into light and vice versa. len |
