just found another one which is better: Labouchere's Sister As a student at Cambridge, Henry Labouchere was stopped one day by a university proctor as he was strolling through the town with a local tart on his arm. Challenged to account for his sordid companion, the quick thinking Labouchere promptly introduced her as his sister.
