CELEB KILLER'S JUNGLE BID Jill Dando's murderer Barry George has asked bosses of I'm A Celebrity to be in the next series of the hit show. The killer also begged the show to send him one of the programme's T-shirts. George, 44, shot television presenter Dando on her doorstep in Fulham, west London, in April 1999. He made his plea to I'm A Celebrity in a letter written from his cell at Whitemoor jail in Cambridgeshire. One prison officer told the News of the World: "He's living in a fantasy world - this behaviour shows just how crazy he is. "He thinks he is a celebrity and wants to be on television "This is his way of becoming famous." Rules allow prison staff to vet George's letters and withhold them if they are deemed to be threatening towards his victims or intimidating. A source who saw the letter said it appeared as though the murderer believed he would be out within a couple of years. Last year, his appeal against the murder conviction was turned down and George told he cannot try to overturn it again until 2006
