Can't wait, Daniel! Instead of the 30 in the class I work in, just 2, both of whom can make their own entertainment these days. nell

The best bit is not having to drag myself out of bed on cold, dark mornings and then drag my children out too - and no mad panic because they've suddenly remembered they need their football kit, or one of them has eaten the cake reserved for the other one's packed lunch! nell

Ours have a week and a half still to go. Now that my son is 16 and the only one, I don't mind at all having him around, he's great company. I'm a school secretary so tend to look forward to the holidays, although this half term is always lovely with the Christmas preparations and rehearsals. Mandy :)

The pressure is already on, the threat that christmas will not happen has been used beyond belief, ive got the gin on ice, and already 7 days before they break up my 2 little horrors (aged 5 and 8) are at each others throats like wolves. Decorations have been broken, one of my precious never can be replaced cassettes has been destroyed, the cats are nervous, the shopping bills are huge, my nerves are in shreads, my husband is quaking as i type, and to cap it all the car has died, husband been made redundant, son has broken his bed, daughter left something in her jeans now have damaged washing machine - Can it get any worse? YES MY MUM IS KNITTING CRIMBO JUMPERS FOR US ALL!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE, LOVE CORRINA THE GIN SWILLING NERVOUS WRECK OF A MOTHER TO 2 DEVILS IN DISGUISE!!!
